Alex Lipton brings over a decade of professional hospitality and leisure consulting experience to CHM Government Services and additional hotel operational experience. Ms. Lipton has provided advisory services in both private and public sectors, with a particular focus on appraisals, feasibility studies, economic impact studies, and financial analyses and performance projections. She has assisted the National Park Service, helping to develop prospectuses for various concession contracts within parks and monuments across the country.  Recent engagements include: Acadia National Park, The National Mall and Memorial Parks, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, Yellowstone National Park, and Shenandoah National Park. Previous notable assignments include: redeveloping the Historic Bedford Springs Hotel, Stonewall Jackson Lake State Park Resort, National Harbor, and Yellowstone National Park. Ms. Lipton is also proficient in Spanish.

Alex lives outside Washington D.C. in northern Virginia and enjoys traveling with her husband and two grown children. Turks and Caicos is one of their favorite destinations. They even adopted a “potcake puppy” from Turks and Caicos while on vacation in 2015.
