Rick Gates brings nearly 30 years of professional experience, including advisory experience with both private- and public-sector hospitality clients, as well as hospitality operational experience. Mr. Gates is a key figure in CHMGS’s practice, responsible for providing a wide range of advisory services to both federal land and Department of Defense clients. Over the course of his career, Mr. Gates has performed market and feasibility studies, master planning, appraisals, financial analyses and performance projections, and financial reviews for hospitality properties.

Rick lives in northern Vermont and enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, and fly fishing in his free time.
